Seb brings over a decade of experience as an HSEQ Manager, working across industries like multi-utilities, telecom, construction, manufacturing, and oil & gas. As a key player at Serconnect, Seb helps shape and oversee our health, safety, environment, and quality systems, making sure we stay compliant with our ISO accreditations, NERS, and other important standards. 

But Seb’s impact goes beyond just ticking boxes. He’s heavily involved in risk management, incident investigations, and driving continuous improvement. His goal is to create a culture of safety and excellence that touches every part of the organisation. 

Fluent in multiple languages, Seb is able to connect with people from all walks of life, ensuring the best safety and compliance wherever he goes. For Seb, it’s not just about meeting the standards—it’s about raising them. 

Outside of work, Seb is a devoted family man who enjoys spending quality time with his loved ones.
