Frank Bamber

Frank’s early days were served as an apprentice with United Utilities, starting in 2002 as an overhead linesman.

By 2006 his apprenticeship was complete and he took the opportunity to further his skillset on the overhead lines and worked on the live-line team, allowing him to gain his overhead switching authorisation. Frank formed Complete Power Services in 2018 with Neil McKillop.

Frank is a family man and great networker who loves to fit in a round of golf where time allows.
