Osprey Charging Network – Caledonian Retail Park

Serconnect created a 6-week programme focusing on end-to-end execution. We managed the excavation, construction, and all electrical installations. The project involved close coordination with Osprey for the delivery of the substation and LV pillars, as well as the pulling in and termination of HV cables and finalisation of LV cabling. All work was performed according to specified standards.

Serconnect successfully concluded all works within the designated 6-week timeline. This marked our first project as Principal Contractor and covered both electrical infrastructure and EV charger installation. Osprey benefited from a streamlined, turnkey solution, minimising complexities and offering them a single point of contact for the entire project.
